Our small group option is focused on quality not quantity. We only allow 4 people per Coach and everyone has there only fully kited out exercise station.
WTF4's boutique exercise stations allow us to tailor everyone's class experience. This means if you're super fit and need progression or new to training or rehabbing an injury and need a regression for a certain movement or exercise. Our station based gym allows us to quickly and efficiently tailor every members exercise's and resistance to suit there ability and needs so no one is ever left out!

WTF4's unique classes are designed to get you the same experience as 1-2-1 session but at a fraction of the cost.
At WTF4 we understand fitness and results are not a one size fits all kind of deal. We are all unique and everyone has different strengths, weaknesses, goals and motivations.
Each member has their own fully equipped exercise station. Which allows us to tailor our workouts to accommodate each attendee's specific fitness goals and abilities.
CLASSES ARE AN HOUR OF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING.

-Resistance based exercises using Bar Bell or Dumb Bell – 20mins
-PHASE 2 - Pilates Reformer beds strength and conditioning exercises – 20mins
-PHASE 3 - Conditioning, HiT based circuit training with Kettle Bells, TRX, climbing ropes – 20mins
-COOLDOWN - Stretch
