Our small group option is focused on quality not quantity. We only allow 4 people per Coach and everyone has there only fully kited out exercise station and 8 week exercise program to fill out and follow.

WTF4's boutique exercise stations allow us to tailor everyone's class experience. This means if you're super fit and need progression for a movement or heavier weights or new to training or rehabbing an injury and need a regression for a certain movement or exercise we have you covered.

 

Our station based gym allows us to quickly and efficiently tailor every members exercise's and resistance to suit there ability and needs so no one is ever left out!

WTF4 is here to bring affordable personal training to the masses.

We offer:

WTF4 - 1-2-1 Personal Training

WTF4 - Small Groups up to 4 People with a Coach

  • No sharing equipment full access to 1 of 4 fully equipped exercise stations

  • You are given your own Bespoke 8 week exercise program to fill out. We make sure we monitor your weights and reps to guarantee CONSITANT PROGRESS and RESULTS

  • Nutritional Plans and Monthly Measurements available if you require any further help I'm your coach just call me (07720542718 - Mitch) 

we run 4 unique resistance classes

  • Knee/Core Class (Squats - Glutes/Quads)

  • Horizontal Push/Pull Class (Bench - Chest/Back)

  • Hip/Core Class (Deadlifts - Hamstrings/Glutes)

  • Vertical Push/Pull Class (Lats/Shoulders)

RESULTS

WTF4's unique classes are designed to get you the same experience as 1-2-1 session but at a fraction of the cost.

 

At WTF4 we understand fitness and results are not a one size fits all kind of deal. We are all unique and everyone has different strengths, weaknesses, goals and motivations.

Each member has their own fully equipped exercise station. Which allows us to tailor our workouts to accommodate each attendee's specific fitness goals and abilities.

CLASS STRUCTURE


CLASSES ARE AN HOUR OF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING.
TARGETING DIFFERENT MOVEMENT PATTERNS ON EACH DAY.


-WARM UP  mobilize and activate

-PHASE 1 -

- Mobility and mobilization
-Resistance based exercises using Bar Bell or Dumb Bell – 20mins
-PHASE 2 -  Pilates Reformer beds strength and conditioning exercises – 20mins
-PHASE 3 - Conditioning and Strength training with Kettle Bells, TRX, climbing ropes – 20mins
-COOLDOWN - Stretch
